I · The Beginning
Over the past seven years, I've laid my hands on more than fifteen thousand bodies.
I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on trainings, seminars, and mentors — chasing the deepest understanding of what the body is, what it holds, and what it's truly capable of. I've adjusted celebrities and professional athletes. Artists and executives. Children. Newborn babies, just days into the world.
And somewhere inside those fifteen thousand sessions, I began to notice something I couldn't unsee.
II · The Pattern
I started to see what genuinely keeps a person well. Not for an afternoon. Not until the next flare-up. But truly, durably well.
And here is the part that humbled me: it was never only me. I wasn't the only one who could get them there. The adjustment helped. The bodywork helped. But the thing that kept them whole was bigger than any single session, any single technique, any single pair of hands.
True health is wholeness.
It isn't a destination you arrive at. It's an everyday practice — a job you never quite finish. It lives in the way you move. The way you speak. The way you breathe. The way you connect with yourself, and the way you connect with everyone around you.
III · The Deeper Work
I came to this as a two-sport college athlete. A dancer. A lifelong movement enthusiast. I learned early how much alignment and structure matter — how a body that's stacked and integrated can do extraordinary things.
But this work goes so much deeper than posture.
It's about who you are when things stop making sense. When the body is trying to tell you something you don't yet have words for — and whether you've learned how to listen. How to translate. How to stay in the room with what's real.
It's about being attuned to others in a way that doesn't merely perform presence — it invites it. Draws it out. Makes the people around you more fully themselves.
IV · Play, Depth & Intimacy
Here is what almost no one tells you: the path there runs through play. Through depth. Through intimacy.
These aren't indulgences. They're instruments — the means by which we manifest our deepest desires and discover what we're genuinely made of.
This is Erodynamics — the way to passion, desire, and the generation, conservation, and discharge of life force itself. It is one of the most direct routes to understanding who you are, and what you're truly capable of becoming.
If that stirs something in you — the free masterclass is where it begins.

V · More Than the Body
Because this was never only about the body.
It's about mental health — the nervous system that finally settles when it feels safe enough to stop bracing. It's about authentic relating — the courage to be seen without performance, to meet another person without armor. It's about the quiet revolution that happens when someone stops managing their life and starts inhabiting it.
The world is starving for this. I saw it in nearly every session. People who had everything, and still felt estranged from themselves. People who could perform anything — except presence.
